Cold Balm is a soothing balm that relieves nasal and chest congestion. Its counterirritant effects relieve headaches and body aches associated with cold.

Indications:

It helps relieve the following symptoms:

• Clears congestion and blocked nasal passages.
• Relieves headaches associated with cold and sinusitis

Ingredients:

• Cinnamomum camphora (Camphor, Karpur) - The oil extract acts as a skin stimulant and counterirritant when applied externally.
• Eucalyptus globulus (Tasmanian, Blue Gum Tree) - The oil is easily absorbable and is locally used as massage oil. Eucalyptol is used as a dry inhalant.
• Mentha arvensis (Mint, Pudina) - The oil of the herb is an antineuralgic when applied externally and a febrifuge in fevers.
• Pinus roxburghii (Chir Pine, Shrivasa) - Turpentine oil extracted from the plant is used in many ointments & liniments for treating minor aches and colds when applied externally. It acts as counterirritant and rubefacient.
• Myristica fragrans (Nutmeg, Jatiphalam) - The oil extract of the tree is used as a counterirritant and stimulates blood flow to the area applied.

Usage:

To be applied locally on the nose and forehead.
